Rose Romano, Our founder of Heart & Home, Home Health Aid Services, has over 30 years of leadership experience within the staffing industry. As a current staffing agency owner in other industries; coupled with her personal experience caring for her elderly parents she was inspired to create a company that provides reliable and compassionate home care services. ​While caring for her own family members she experienced the challenges of finding reliable home care after.
