Rose Romano, Our founder of Heart & Home, Home Health Aid Services, has over 30 years of leadership experience within the staffing industry. As a current staffing agency owner in other industries; coupled with her personal experience caring for her elderly parents she was inspired to create a company that provides reliable and compassionate home care services. ​While caring for her own family members she experienced the challenges of finding reliable home care after.  Rose understands the importance of recovering at home and empathizes with the patients and their loved ones who want to feel safe and comfortable.
